Welcome! I’m Romina Schnelle, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 123169) in California and (CP5490-R) in Nevada dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. With a deep commitment to fostering healing and growth, I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma treatment, depression, and anxiety management.

I began my career in 2015, working with children, adolescents, families, couples, adults, and first-generation Spanish-speaking individuals. This experience has given me a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse communities.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) and a Master’s in Marital and Family Counseling from Alliant International University. In 2020, I further expanded my knowledge by earning a Master’s in English Literature with an emphasis in Gothic Studies from National University. Currently, I am a Doctoral Candidate in the Business Psychology PhD Program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and culturally sensitive, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment for every client. Whether you are dealing with the aftermath of trauma, struggling with depression, or seeking ways to manage anxiety, I am here to help.
